The staff was very helpful. They ensured my requests received prompt attention. Breakfast was also really good. It featured assorted fresh juice and offered eggs cooked to order. I chose to add hashbrowns from a long list. The room was clean. The heating worked perfectly.

My room felt small. This created some difficulty with space. I also had issues with my luggage.

i found the location great for my needs. the hotel presented itself as clean, inviting, and warm. the host displayed a genuinely lovely demeanor. the room had everything i needed with a warm atmosphere and a comfortable, clean bed.

the room did have a very slight musty smell, which i think could have been easily resolved with better ventilation.

My bathroom mirror lights were not working. This was a little inconvenient. also, there was no heating in the bathroom and it seemed a bit shabby, which i found to be a drawback
